We have often been asked at forums if there is any kind of card available for people to carry that details what MPD they have and what medication they take for it. Well MPD Voice have produced these handy credit card sized ID cards, supplied with a protective plastic wallet, measuring 8.6 x 5.4 cm. All you need to do is complete all the details on the card and pop it in your wallet/purse.
